Born and raised among the mountains of the Andes.
3 things have defined my life:
A never ending curiosity for details
Good listening sees further than the eye.
The path built yesterday is the one transited today.
I started my journey in the music industry at 9 years old as percussionist, 2 years later got my first encounter with a studio and I instantly fell in love with the art of perfecting the little details of the energy, feelings and messages embedded in something, often as ephemeral and abstract for the human, as the sounds.
As a curious being that I am, I got closer to the crafting bench to learn and understand, not only the what and the how, but the ever forgotten why, the root of each decision.
I got lucky enough to learn from professionals that shaped the sound of my infancy and continue today developing evolving, and consolidating the sound of American music.
At Audioplace Academy I learned to listen way beyond the dialogs, the lyrics, the rhythms and the melodies. Then I learned to pass the word... And discovered a new passion for it, which I've been practicing since 2014 by teaching in several institutes, and universities around South America.
